Cambridge Home Health Care Nursing Excellence Scholarship

This scholarship award is given to applicants who are either working as nurse's aides, health care givers, or an LPN  (licensed practical nurse), who have at least two years experience in any of these positions.  Eligible  applicants can use this award towards the completion of an RN or LPN degree.  Two scholarships are available for Cambridge employees and another two for citizens of countries where Cambridge Home Health Care branches are located.

Academic Discipline/Career Aspirations:  Nursing

Eligibility:  An applicant should be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a four-year college or university.  Either the applicant or the parent of the applicant should have worked as a volunteer or a paid nurse. Only citizens of the United States are eligible to apply.

Award Details:  This scholarship can be used during freshman, sophomore, junior or senior years in an LPN or RN degree program.  There are 4 scholarships awarded every year, for a full amount of $1,000 per awardee.

Application  Requirements: Completely filled up application form with official transcript of record, an  essay composition and personal references
