Abbott/Pamela Blazer Career Mobility Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to any member of the American Nephrology Nurses' Association who has been a member for a minimum of two years and plans to obtain a degree in Nursing  or an advanced nursing program that would provide them the knowledge they need for a practice in nephrology nursing. 

Academic Discipline/Career Aspirations: Nursing

Eligibility:  Only applicants who are American citizens are eligible to apply.  The applicant should be enrolled or planning to enroll part-time or full-time at a four-year college or university.  The applicant or the parent of the applicant has to be a member of the American Nephrology Nurses' Association, and should have worked in the field of nursing, either as a volunteer or as a paid nurse. 

Award Details: This scholarship award may be used for undergraduate, graduate and post graduate studies.  There is only one scholarship awarded every year for the amount of $2,500.  This scholarship award is non-renewable.

Application Requirements: Completely filled up application form with official transcript of record, personal references and an essay composition
